If you are new here, you might not know the beginning of The Accounting Countess. Prior to securing a name and a domain, I was just a new Mom, who was learning to love her post-partum body. I realized that I was fed up of walking into my closet and feeling like I had nothing to wear, despite having hangers full of clothes. During a late night feeding session, I stumbled upon the term, Capsule Wardrobe, and as they say the rest is history
I found that the key was to stop buying every style and trend. By pairing down my wardrobe and focusing on styles that suit me, I easily selected an outfit each day. Now, I purchase items that make me feel fabulous, and I let go of the negative connotations of outfit repeatings.
In effort to journey back to my roots, I curated a new workwear capsule that will take you through the heat of Summer.
For this capsule, I selected 2 dresses, 3 pair of trousers, 2 pair of jeans, 6 tops, 5 cardigans, 5 pair of shoes, and 5 accessories that can me mix and matched in a variety of ways.
Today, I will show you five different pairings with each pair of trousers selected, so you can visualize the many combinations you can create with a neutral workwear capsule.
